A stabilization time below 100 ms supports rapid calibration.
Wide dilution range
Up to 1000:1 dilution covers trace calibration and higher-concentration mixtures.
Built-in gas methods
A database of 60 gases supports common standard methods.
Automatic mixing
Set concentration and flow on the touchscreen. The system calculates channel ratios and permits adjustment during operation.
Inert gas paths
Siliconized flow paths handle adsorptive and reactive gases, including halogenated hydrocarbons and SF₆ decomposition products.
