    Sampling Probe

    FTSP sampling probe consists of the following components:

    ▪ Ceramic Sampling Probe

    ▪ 0.3μm Ni‑Titanium filter, 140mm length

    ▪ 20 meters electric heating system to ensure probe temperature at 180 degrees C

    ▪ DN65, DN6 flange installation


    Sample gas goes through from the probe rod, through 0.3 to 0.5 μm particle filter, a large amount of dust blocked outside the filter, to ensure that clean gas into the sampling pipeline, electric heating pipe to keep the gas temperature at 180 degrees C, to ensure that water in the vapor state, will not react with pollutants SO2, HCl and other acid and corrosion equipment. The sampling probe has an anti‑blowing system, which is regularly controlled by PLC to blow dust back into the flue pipe, ensuring the smooth flow of the sampling line.

    Features of the sampling probe:

    ▪ The sampling equipment with automatic temperature control for internal electric heating and automatic anti‑blowing function, with a concentration of 20g/m3 in the flue gas, and a flue gas temperature of max 2000 degrees C, can be used normally and in a normal condition, and can meet the continuous sampling of gases with a pressure of no more than 2 bar. And reserved calibration port, for the full calibration of the flue gas monitoring system.

    ▪ The sample gas passes through a tar filter to remove residual tar and dust.

    ▪ Various data transmission methods, 4 - 20mA, RS485, wireless transmission, network transmission, etc.
