Sampling Probe
FTSP sampling probe consists of the following components:
▪ Ceramic Sampling Probe
▪ 0.3μm Ni‑Titanium filter, 140mm length
▪ 20 meters electric heating system to ensure probe temperature at 180 degrees C
▪ DN65, DN6 flange installation
Sample gas goes through from the probe rod, through 0.3 to 0.5 μm particle filter, a large amount of dust blocked outside the filter, to ensure that clean gas into the sampling pipeline, electric heating pipe to keep the gas temperature at 180 degrees C, to ensure that water in the vapor state, will not react with pollutants SO2, HCl and other acid and corrosion equipment. Features of the sampling probe:
