DOAS 3000 Continuous Emission Monitoring System for Stack Gas Analysis

Sampling Probe
FTSP sampling probe consists of the following components:
▪ Ceramic Sampling Probe
▪ 0.3μm Ni‑Titanium filter, 140mm length
▪ 20 meters electric heating system to ensure probe temperature at 180 degrees C
▪ DN65, DN6 flange installation
Sample gas goes through from the probe rod, through 0.3 to 0.5 μm particle filter, a large amount of dust blocked outside the filter, to ensure that clean gas into the sampling pipeline, electric heating pipe to keep the gas temperature at 180 degrees C, to ensure that water in the vapor state, will not react with pollutants SO2, HCl and other acid and corrosion equipment. The sampling probe has an anti‑blowing system, which is regularly controlled by PLC to blow dust back into the flue pipe, ensuring the smooth flow of the sampling line.
Features of the sampling probe:
▪ The sampling equipment with automatic temperature control for internal electric heating and automatic anti‑blowing function, with a concentration of 20g/m3 in the flue gas, and a flue gas temperature of max 2000 degrees C, can be used normally and in a normal condition, and can meet the continuous sampling of gases with a pressure of no more than 2 bar. And reserved calibration port, for the full calibration of the flue gas monitoring system.
▪ Use the heating automatic adjustment unit to heat up to 180 degrees C to avoid condensation, corrosion and measurement errors caused by SO2, HCL, HF and water reactions.
▪ The usage of 0.3～0.5μm nickel‑titanium alloy filter and automatic anti‑blow function to maximize the ability to overcome clogging problems.
Sample pre treatment unit

The use of high purity N2 or clean compressed air for zero calibration, the work process is done by the PLC control solenoid valve.
The system is equipped with standard gas and can be calibrated regularly according to environmental requirements.
From the sampling unit of the sample gas pipeline to the analysis unit, the whole process is thermal, and in the cut - off valve joint site using the whole heating of the high temperature box, in order to ensure the application.
The sample pretreatment components are installed with the analyzer in the instrument cabinet, which is 1800×800×400 (mm).
