The MIC500OZ Ozone Analyzer is designed for precise ozone measurement in various settings, including industrial environments, laboratories, and environmental monitoring stations. Whether you're ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting research on air quality, or monitoring ozone levels in agricultural applications, this analyzer delivers accurate real-time data. Its user-friendly interface and robust features make it an essential tool for professionals seeking reliable ozone analysis and enhanced operational efficiency.
Overview
Detection principle: Dual path ultraviolet light absorption method, using imported ultraviolet LED light source, can be used for detecting the concentration of ozone produced by the outlet gas of the ozone generator or the concentration of ozone in the exhaust gas (dehumidification device needs to be configured), and can run online in real-time 24 hours a day. Measurement range: 0-300g/Nm3; 0-200g/Nm3; 0-100g/Nm3; 0-50g/Nm3; 0-1000ppm。
Features
Waterproof and dustproof instrument housing, suitable for outdoor installation and use, protection level IP65, equipped with waterproof power and signal aviation connectors. This ozone gas concentration analyzer has a zero point automatic adjustment function, which can automatically adjust the brightness of the ultraviolet LED light source based on the reference light data for zero point calibration without ozone gas.
The internal PID adjusts the zero point within a certain range of values. This ozone gas concentration analyzer is equipped with a built-in zero calibration device, which can automatically calibrate the zero point according to the user's set time. It can also perform zero point calibration when ozone gas is introduced to ensure the stability of the zero point. This automatic zero calibration process is our company's invention patent.
This wall mounted ozone gas concentration analyzer can operate continuously for 24 hours without stopping, mainly used for detecting the ozone concentration of the gas produced at the outlet of the ozone generator or the ozone concentration of the exhaust gas.
