The MS700-FG Intelligent Portable Flue Gas Analyzer offers precise measurement of flue gas emissions, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. Its compact design and user-friendly interface facilitate effortless operation and accurate readings in various field applications.
Overview
The device features a handheld design, making it compact and lightweight, with multi-functional capabilities: it can accommodate up to 7 parameters, with optional sensors for O₂, CO, NO, NO₂, SO₂, H₂S, NH₃, CO₂(NDIR), N₂O(NDIR), CH₄(NDIR), etc.; it can measure flue gas temperature, ambient temperature, and flow rate/volume; and it automatically calculates CO2, excess air coefficient, combustion efficiency, heat loss, and other parameters.
Features
▪ Equipped with a cross-interference compensation system, ensuring accurate detection.
▪ It can be adapted to install two sensors of the same type but with different concentrations, allowing for instant switching between high and low concentration detection modes. Can replace the same gas sensors or add new gas sensors in site if the customer can do calibration by standard gas ; needn't send back to factory.
▪ The instrument features automatic sensor detection and zero-point calibration upon power-on.
▪ Three-stage treatment system: High-performance self-developed Peltier cooling system (optional), automatic water vapor separation device, and high-end water cutoff filter.
▪ Equipped with a built-in Beidou positioning and satellite timing system, the data is traceable and verifiable.
▪ The measurement process can be monitored remotely via mobile phone; an optional Bluetooth printer is available for automatic printing of average measurements.
▪ This highly integrated, low-power device features a built-in rechargeable lithium battery, providing up to 8 hours of continuous operation. It can also be charged while in use.
Monitoring data: complete, accurate, and traceable; parameters and logs are recorded fully automatically.
Features include adaptive measurement for sensor overload, data encryption for storage and export, and interfaces such as a memory card slot and Type-C port.
The built-in instrument diagnostic program can monitor various instrument performance parameters in real time, such as airtightness self-check and sampling flow monitoring.
