    Overview

     The PTM200 portable non-methane total hydrocarbon analyzer uses a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) to detect the concentrations of methane, total hydrocarbons and non-methane total hydrocarbons in real time. It has a wide range of applications, covering environmental monitoring, industrial waste gas detection and safety monitoring.

    The analyzer uses a high-temperature FID, a fully sealed design, and a maximum temperature tolerance of 400°C. The rear non-heating sampling pump avoids the interference of the pump on the sample. Compared with the heated sampling pump, it has the advantages of light weight, small size and long design life. The built-in pollutant trap is used as a combustion-supporting gas after the air is filtered and the hydrocarbons are removed. The methane gas line is connected in series with a "non-methane hydrocarbon catalytic furnace" to decompose hydrocarbons other than methane into CO₂ and H₂O.
