The PTM200S Portable Multi-Parameter Gas Analyzer enables precise measurement of various gases, making it ideal for environmental monitoring and industrial applications. Its user-friendly interface allows for quick calibration and data analysis, ensuring accurate results in diverse operational settings.
Overview
The PTM200S portable multi-parameter gas analyzer is designed using infrared and electrochemical principles . Its portability incorporates advanced correlation filtering (GFC) technology. The instrument integrates multiple infrared and electrochemical sensors, cross-analyzing the signal spectra. One signal serves as a reference signal, while the other is the signal of the gas to be measured. These signals are subtracted by digital circuitry to obtain the signal change of the measured gas. The magnitude of this signal depth represents the gas concentration. This signal is converted into a voltage signal, amplified, and then linearized by a microcomputer in 20 segments. Finally, the gas concentration is displayed on the screen.
Features
The instrument uses non-dispersive infrared CO and electrochemical (O2) measurement principles for monitoring. It has a built-in semiconductor cooling element to keep the temperature inside the probe balanced, so it is less affected by changes in outdoor temperature. The probe has a long service life, high accuracy and fast response speed.
It adopts internationally advanced gas filter correlation technology (GFC) and is designed and manufactured using fine absorption spectroscopy, which has strong resistance to transverse coherence.
High resolution, capable of detecting as low as 1-10 PPM.
Advanced circuitry: Utilizing currently popular microcomputer chips and 16-bit high-efficiency AD conversion chips, the overall design is reasonable, ensuring good circuit stability, minimal drift, low failure rate, and convenient maintenance and repair. A unique automatic gain control system automatically adjusts to the optimal operating parameters, thus preventing performance degradation caused by parameter voltage changes as the machine ages.
It has a built-in high-performance rechargeable battery pack, which can work for more than 6 hours. It can also be charged by connecting to an external AC power source while in operation.
Equipped with a built-in high-efficiency diaphragm pump, the gas flow rate is 1L-1.5L per minute. This instrument can be used directly to extract external gases for analysis.
The sampling probe uses a self-cooling thermostat, which ensures normal extraction and protects the probe from high temperatures when it is inserted into the smoke head for a short time.
Built-in complete pretreatment, filtration, condensation, pressure stabilization, and flow stabilization systems deliver stable and pure water to the instrumentation for analysis.
High-resolution touchscreen for convenient and quick operation, with good backlight performance outdoors.

Pretreatment box(Optional)
The sample gas passes through a water separator to filter out most impurities and water vapor. The sample gas is then sent to a condenser by a vacuum pump for dehydration and discharge. It then enters a three-way valve and a flow meter, and finally undergoes filtration before entering the analytical instrument for analysis.
After switching the three-way switching valve, the instrument can be calibrated with standard gas.
Humidity and pressure smart sensors
Humidity and pressure sensors can monitor the pretreatment system's operation in real time. When the humidity or pressure in the sample gas in the loop becomes abnormal, the signal is immediately transmitted to the PLC, which then takes centralized countermeasures and issues an alarm to ensure the stability of the pretreatment and the accuracy of the analyzer.

High-temperature sampling gun
For sampling in high-temperature environments, the sampler is made of a special ceramic material that can withstand temperatures exceeding 3000 degrees Celsius. Combined with our company's uniquely designed built-in circulating air- cooling structure, it ensures protection of the sampler when inserted into high-temperature environments, extends its service life , and cools the sample gas.
communication
The portable analyzer can communicate with a computer and transfer data packets to the computer. An optional app with unlimited GPRS functionality is also available.
