Overview
The PTM400 portable VOC analyzer, combining chromatographic analysis technology with a hydrogen flame ionization detector, fully complies with the requirements of HJ1012-2018 and HJ38-2017 standards, and can be used to test total hydrocarbons, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons and benzene series in ambient air and exhaust gas. The PTM400 is a highly integrated portable instrument that collects the sample to be tested and enters the quantitative loop, which is switched into different chromatographic columns for separation through valves. The total hydrocarbons and methane or benzene series enter the FID detector in turn, and the concentration of each component is measured respectively. The built-in processor obtains the values of total hydrocarbons, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons and benzene series.
