UVOZ-3000 Ozone Detector
This ozone concentration analyzer adopts dual optical path UV light source system, with UV LED light source management system inside, the UV LED lamp can reach the measurement state within 1 minute after powering on, and adopts separated gas chamber and light cell design structure, the gas chamber has the features of no leakage, high pressure resistance, resistance to the impact of ozone gas of large flow rate, easy to clean, easy to maintain, easy to operate, and low cost of use. Mainly used for continuous detection of various industrial environments to detect the concentration of ozone gas production, ozone generator outlet concentration measurement, so as to calculate the ozone generator feeding production, can also be used for pipelines and containers in the ozone gas concentration analysis and detection.
With touch screen operation interface, real-time display of ozone gas concentration, with pressure and temperature compensation and display, automatic calibration time and manual calibration mode can be set.
High concentration range (g/Nm3, mg/NL) with flow input function, real-time display of ozone generator output.
With two groups of relay signal output, users can freely choose the high alarm point and low alarm point signal output.
Core sensor components using foreign UV LED light source, foreign photoelectric receiver components, dual-optical sampling structure, according to foreign instruments designed and developed independently of the gas chamber sealing structure of the gas chamber and the light cell structure, with pressure resistance, impact resistance and other characteristics, the use of an independent light cell and the gas chamber of the structure of the way, easy to maintain and replace.
It is equipped with automatic zero correction function to ensure the stability of the zero point and prevent the zero point deviation from affecting the accuracy of the detection concentration, and the gas flow, pressure and flow rate remain unchanged during the zero calibration operation to prevent the impact of the gas flow from affecting the zero calibration, and the zero calibration operation can be completed without shutting down the ozone inlet to ensure that the Ozone Concentration Analyzer can be operated continuously for 24 hours a day.
