OPC-L2 Oil Particle Counter
LPC-M online particle counter adopts the light resistance (shading) counting principle specified by the International Hydraulic Standards Committee, and is a device specially used for on-site online measurement of oil contamination level detection. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, good repeatability, etc., and can work under high temperature and high pressure and other harsh conditions. It is suitable for all light-transmitting solvents such as engine oil, gear oil, transformer oil (i.e. insulating oil), hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, synthetic oil, water-based (water-based hydraulic oil, water glycol, etc.), alcohols, ketones, etc., and can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation ports, steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
- Adopting the principle of light blocking (shading) method and using high-precision laser sensor, it has small size, high precision and stable performance.
- Suitable for on-site online detection, real-time monitoring of particle contamination in the oil system
