UV-2100 Ozone Gas Analyzer
UV-2100 negative pressure embedded (benchtop) ozone gas analyzer This ozone gas analyzer is mainly used for ozone concentration measurement in the ozone generator pipeline, and can continuously detect the ozone concentration in the ozone generator outlet pipeline online. It is mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in operating pipelines, vessels and other environments. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal and wastewater treatment industries to measure the ozone generator outlet concentration and ozone generator output.
This ozone gas analyzer is based on Lambert-Beer law, which calculates the current ozone concentration value by measuring the change of light signal intensity before and after ozone absorption of UV light. The equipment uses advanced dual-optical UV light source system with lamp intelligent management system, which can make the UV lamp reach the measurement status quickly after the power is turned on, and adopts German separated light cell technology.
The equipment automatically zero blowing once every certain time to ensure the stability of the zero point, to prevent the zero point drift affect the accuracy of the detection concentration, the gas flow, pressure and flow rate remain unchanged during the calibration zero, to prevent the impact of airflow on the calibration zero, to ensure that the equipment can operate continuously 24 hours a day.
