UV-200AT Ozone Concentration Analyzer
UV-200AT benchtop portable ozone concentration analyzer (negative pressure sampling) is mainly used for ozone concentration measurement in the ozone generator pipeline, and can continuously detect the ozone concentration in the ozone generator outlet pipeline online.
This ozone gas analyzer is designed and manufactured according to Lambert-Bier's law, the National Environmental Standard of the People's Republic of China "Determination of Ozone in Ambient Air - Ultraviolet Photometric Method", the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China "Ozone Generators for Water Treatment", and the test and calibration methods. By measuring the ozone absorption of ultraviolet light before and after the light signal intensity changes, thus calculating the current ozone concentration value.
The equipment uses advanced dual-light UV light source system with lamp intelligent management system, which can make the UV lamp quickly reach the measurement state after power on, using foreign separated light cell technology, the equipment has no leakage, high pressure resistance, high flow sampling gas impact resistance, easy to clean, easy maintenance, simple operation, low cost of use, etc.
The equipment automatically zero blowing once every certain time to ensure the stability of the zero point, to prevent the zero point drift affect the accuracy of the detection concentration, the gas flow, pressure and flow rate remain unchanged during the calibration zero, to prevent the impact of airflow on the calibration zero, to ensure that the equipment can operate continuously 24 hours a day.
1. Measurement principle: accurate measurement by photometric absorption principle based on Lambert-Beer's law.
2. Test method: dual-optical UV absorption method, high measurement accuracy.
3. Light source system: imported long-life UV lamps (wavelength 253.7nm).
4. Usage: can be installed and used outdoors, the instrument is waterproof, dustproof, and can run continuously for 24 hours, equipped with waterproof power supply and signal connector.
5. Light cell system: foreign separated light cell technology, no leakage, high pressure resistance, resistance to high flow sampling gas impact.
6. Intelligent compensation: built-in light source automatic compensation function.
7. Automatic zero calibration: every certain time the device automatically zero calibration 1 time, you can choose the manual automatic mode to ensure the accuracy of the detection concentration.
8. Data display: high-definition digital backlight display, clear and countable data.
9. Output function: 4-20mA current signal, RS485 communication.
UV-200AT is mainly used for continuous detection of ozone gas in various industrial environments, and can also be used to detect ozone gas in operating pipelines, vessels and other environments. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, municipal and wastewater treatment industries to measure the ozone generator outlet concentration and ozone generator output.
